There’s something exciting & mysterious about ‘The Deep’ that attracts divers and going deeper than you’ve ever been before can be exhilarating!
Deep Diver Specialty
The PADI Deep Diver Specialty Course will teach you how to make recreational deep dives in a safe and fun way. You will learn how to plan your deep diving limits and how to stay within them. You’ll do four boat dives, leading up to a 40m dive under the instruction of an experienced instructor. You’ll see how pressure effects a range of objects at depth, feel the effects of nitrogen narcosis and learn about the special safety considerations for diving at depth. On completion of the course you will be certified to dive to 40m.
Prerequisites
- Be 15 years or older
- Hold a PADI Adventure/Advanced Diver certification (or equivalent from another agency).
