Karen Williams
Karen is one of the owners of Ulladulla Dive and Adventure and the shop’s Training Manager. She has a passion for the ocean that she loves to share with others. She is a PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer, Emergency First Response First Aid at Work Instructor & Coxswain . Karen is also an avid dive traveller & is an enthusiastic leader of many of our overseas dive trips. Her dive speciality instructor qualifications include:
Deep Diver; Wreck Diver; Emergency Oxygen Provider; Enriched Air Diver & Digital Underwater Photography.

Steve Williams
Steve is the other owner of Ulladulla Dive and Adventure. He is a qualified PADI Master Scuba Diver Trainer and Coxswain. Steve is our resident crusty seafarer & he knows boats, the ocean & the divesites!

Rochelle
Rochelle is our Store Manager as well as a keen diver. She takes care of all things…organising courses, dive trips, sales and bookings. If its info you’re after, Rochelle is the one!

Peter Ryan
Peter is a Master Scuba Diver Trainer with Speciality Instructor ratings in
Wreck Diving; Search & Recovery; Night Diving; Deep Diving & Underwater Naturalist
He has a notable ability to squeeze himself into small spaces but we wont talk about that will we Pete! What happens on the dive boat stays on the dive boat 
Bill Hill
Bill can regularly be found at the head of the dive, making sure that everybody see’s the best spots, has a great time & makes it safely back to the anchor line! If you wanna find the cool critters, follow Bill! He takes time to smell the roses on every dive!
Paul Kapetanos
Paul moonlights as a responsible publican when he’s not teaching people to dive! You might say he’s a wildlife lover
